PROFILE

FEISPARTIC F523 is a solvent-free, low-odor resin with secondary amine groups that can react with -NCO.

PROPERTY

Low odor,more in line with occupational hygiene and health and safety requirements.
The coating film has excellent fullness, leveling performance and high gloss.
The coating film has excellent weather resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance and other properties. High hardness up to 2H and excellent abrasive resistance.
Excellent adhesion with ABS, PC, PVC and other plastics and a variety of metals.
Has excellent compatibility with most of hydroxy acrylic resin and cab.

APPLICATIONS

Can be used for automobile paint field, it can obviously improve the fullness, gloss and hardness.
Can be used for industrial paint and wood paint, especially recommend for high hardness and high wear resistance occasions.
It is used to make anti-corrosion coatings for steel structure, oil pipeline and other light or heavy anti-corrosion fields.
Used for making styrene foam landscape paint.
Can be used for wind blade coating field, such as gel coat, putty and topcoat.
The resin has high solid content, low viscosity, good wettability and compatibility. It is widely used for grinding high consistency color paste, especially in the field of automotive repair paint.

SHELF LIFE

FEISPARTIC F523 must be stored in airtight containers to prevent contact with moisture. Recommended storage temperature is below 40°C (≤104°F). The shelf life of FEISPARTIC F523 in the closed original container is 12 months.

NOTICE

FEISPARTIC F523 is combustible and should be stored at the temperature below 40 ℃. It should be kept away from fire source and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment. The storage period is 12 months.
The coating formulated with FEISPARTIC F523 should be tested for performance after one week’s maintenance.
